Discovery Call
Our complimentary consultation is our first point of call for anyone booking any of our services. During this free call, we will discuss your current sleep concerns. Once we know what your concerns are, we will briefly discuss your goals moving forward and touch base on what we could do for you to combat these sleep needs.

Signature Sleep Package
Our Signature Sleep Package is the most sought after sleep solution and is recommended for children aged 4 months and over.

Begins with a complimentary 30 minute discovery call and ends with another 30 minute consultation to ensure you are set up to keep sleep on track once our time together has come to an end.

1. Book a call and set some goals
Once you've booked a discovery call, you will chat with Chloe to discuss your child's current sleep situation and outline your goals moving forward.
2. Be set up for success
Chloe will prepare an individualised sleep plan for your child with step-by-step help.
3. Be supported
You will have the opportunity to ask questions, troubleshoot issues as they arise, get support to stay on track when implementing the personalised plan.
Chloe will provide support over the next 2 weeks.

The Fourth Trimester
This package is tailored towards newborns aged 0-3 months. It aims to help you implement manageable practices now that will support your newborn to settle independently in the future.
What's included:

1 week of text message support

Begins with a complimentary 30 minute discovery call and ends with another 30 minute consultation to ensure you are set up to keep sleep on track once our time together has come to an end.

There is an option to add another week of support should this be required.

Chloe will provide support over the next 1 week.

"Ask Me Anything" Call
This package is an express option which is suitable for families who like to take a DIY approach to sleep training. With this "Ask Me Anything" package, you'll get a 30-minute call to receive strategies and support to implement in your own time with your child.
Note: You will need to submit your questions prior to the call to ensure your questions are answered sufficiently in the time provided.
